RESOLUTION 73:03 – Thanks to the Congregation of Ryder Memorial Presbyterian Church

Whereas we the members and guests of the 73rd General Synod of the Bible Presbyterian Church, meeting August 6-11 in Bristol, Tennessee, have been the recipients of delicious meals, ideal accommodations, and overall gracious southern hospitality, and

Whereas we have witnessed an evident outpouring of Christian love through the hearts of the members of Ryder Memorial Presbyterian Church in preparation for this synod, and their desire to please and serve the Lord Jesus Christ,

Be it resolved therefore that we, the members of the 73rd General Synod of the Bible Presbyterian Church, do express our sincere thanks and heartfelt appreciation to the pastor and his family, the session, and all the church membership for all that they have done for us and continue to do for the cause of Christ.

“Therefore, my beloved brethren, be ye stedfast, unmoveable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, forasmuch as ye know that your labour is not in vain in the Lord.” (1 Cor 15:58)
